Chambers aim is to supply the best service possible at the lowest overheads, passing on the consequent savings to solicitors. Under the Bar Direct Scheme, for instance, it is estimated that clients benefit from savings of up to fifty percent.

Fees

Advisory work is competitively priced with a charging policy based upon an hourly rate. In appropriate cases, a charge can be negotiated for work prior to commencement. Chambers operate a strict policy against the 'double-booking' of it's members. When this occurs through the court's imposition of a hearing date, the client will always be promptly informed of the situation.
